MindWebVN’s process for consulting, providing Quotes, implementing, reviewing, accepting, and handing over websites for each project.
SERVICE PROVISION POLICY
1. Principles of Service Provision
MindWebVN provides website design, development, customization, and deployment services based on each customer’s actual needs. The catalogue on the website serves as a design/technical reference; selecting a template does not mean that MindWebVN directly sells the template file and does not replace the steps of defining the scope, conducting technical checks, reviewing licenses, and providing a Quote.
2. Implementation Process
1. The customer reviews a template on MindWebVN or sends a URL/other reference template.
2. The customer sends a Consultation request; this step is not an order and does not incur payment.
3. MindWebVN discusses the requirements, functions, content, platform, timeline, and expected scope.
4. MindWebVN sends a Quote or implementation proposal for the customer’s consideration.
5. Both parties confirm the scope, schedule, costs, and advance payment/Deposit (if any).
6. If necessary, MindWebVN purchases or uses templates, plugins, fonts, images, or appropriately licensed resources for the project.
7. MindWebVN implements the project according to the agreed scope.
8. The customer reviews the demo/preview, provides feedback, and submits revision requests within the agreed scope.
9. Both parties confirm acceptance; the customer pays the remaining balance (if any).
10. MindWebVN hands over the website/accounts/documents according to the agreed content and provides post-handover support if applicable.
3. Scope of Work and Quotation
Each project has its own scope. The Quote/agreement should specify, at a minimum, the main items, expected platform or technology, costs, payment milestones, estimated timeline, number of revision rounds or the method for determining additional requirements, handover content, and support/warranty policy if applicable. Items outside the scope will be assessed and quoted separately before implementation.
4. Timeline
The timeline is determined by the project size and depends on both parties providing materials, feedback, and approvals on time. If the customer delays providing content, significantly changes the requirements, or dependencies arise from third parties, the completion time may be adjusted, and MindWebVN will notify the customer when the impact can be determined.
5. Content and Materials Provided by the Customer
The customer is responsible for ensuring the lawful right to use the content, images, logos, data, trademarks, and materials they provide. MindWebVN may request replacement, suspend use of, or refuse content showing signs of violating the law or third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Resources and Services
A project may require templates, plugins, fonts, images, hosting services, domain names, APIs, or third-party tools. These resources are subject to the applicable provider’s terms of use, licenses, duration, pricing, and availability. MindWebVN will discuss any significant related costs or limitations with the customer before applying them to the project.
7. Revisions and Requirement Changes
Revision requests within the agreed scope will be handled according to the project process. Requests that significantly change the structure, functions, data, integrations, interface, or workload may be considered additional work outside the scope and require reconfirmation of costs and timeline before implementation.
8. Acceptance and Handover
The customer reviews the demo/preview version or submitted product for acceptance. The handover may include the deployed website, access rights, configuration information, source code within the permitted handover scope, user documentation, or other agreed items. Third-party resources will only be handed over or transferred to the extent permitted by the applicable license.
9. Warranty and Support
The warranty/support period and scope are specified in the Quote or agreement for each project. Technical warranty does not automatically include requests for new feature development, design changes, new content, third-party errors, errors caused by the customer’s own modifications, or infrastructure incidents outside MindWebVN’s management scope, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Suspension or Refusal to Provide Services
MindWebVN may suspend or refuse to continue work when a request shows signs of violating the law, infringing intellectual property, or creating system security risks; when the customer fails to perform necessary obligations under the agreement; or when an event occurs beyond reasonable control. The handling of costs and completed work will follow the project agreement and the Payment/Refund Policy.
